Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual (Korean & English) On-Site Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, primarily focusing on housing and transportation services. This role also includes office administration duties for our Korean-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Provide on-site support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to housing and transportation services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking customers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Assist clients with the coordination of housing arrangements, including leases, maintenance requests, and move-in/out processes.
• Support customers with transportation services, including booking, scheduling, and providing necessary information.

2. Office Administration:

• Perform general office administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining customer records.
• Prepare and translate documents, reports, and correspondence between Korean and English as needed.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments.
• Manage and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments, including housing management, transportation services, and administration, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Problem-Solving:

• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify potential problems and proactively develop solutions to prevent future occurrences.
