AliasSmith is searching for a Key Account Manager.

AliasSmith AB is Europe’s leading distributor of handcrafted Mexican spirits. In 19 years, we have created a distribution network of 76 distributors across 39 countries. In our portfolio, we have several of the most successful handcrafted brands from Mexico, and last year, we created headlines worldwide by launching the world's first tequila in a paper bottle. Our ambitions are not only to make fabulous brands accessible but also to improve the way business is done in the industry. To achieve our goals, we are searching for a talented, natural-borne seller who can join the team and help us excel in our performance.

Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to play a crucial role in our expansion efforts. In this position, you will focus on building relationships and driving sales, becoming an integral part of our team. We value a well-structured and organized sales approach, and we believe you possess the ideal combination of experience and personality to excel in this role. You should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at turning challenges into opportunities.

To represent AliasSmith effectively, exceptional communication skills and networking abilities are essential. You must work well within a team, sharing information both in writing and verbally, as our services require seamless collaboration across finance, logistics, marketing, and other departments. As the face of the brands we promote, you will ensure that customers and partners fully understand the potential of each product and our service offerings. Equally important is your ability to enhance our clients' businesses while protecting our profit margins and meeting the visibility and volume targets set by our brand owners.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should be results-driven with a passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving measurable outcomes. We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in business development, brand-building campaigns, and brand partnerships in the United State, ideally within the spirits industry.

Fluency in English and French is essential, as you will interact with our European clients and represent brands from Mexico and other countries. Knowledge of Spanish is a significant advantage, while familiarity with Swedish is beneficial but not required.

You should demonstrate strong ethical standards, a creative mindset, and effective decision-making skills. A university degree in Business Administration or International Business is preferred. Strong analytical skills and persuasive negotiation abilities are crucial for success in this role.

The position we are offering is a full-time job in our Stockholm office. You will travel to visit our clients, providers, and partners and participate in various events and fairs. You might not live in Sweden; if so, we believe that moving to this beautiful part of the world is suitable for somebody who is at the perfect moment in life and not afraid to take a big leap. If you have a proven successful record in International sales within the Spirits Industry and live somewhere else in Europe, we would be very happy to have you in the team. This position is on-site in our office in Stockholm.

We need you ASAP and can offer an initial probationary period of 6 months followed by an indefinite contract if the candidate is deemed suitable for the position and if the person turns out to be what we are looking for. The salary is a fixed monthly salary plus a performance-related bonus.
