This service reports to Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager

Your role and responsibilities

The role is responsible for the functionality, maintenance and development of Process Automation/Energy Industries/Service/Internal Repair and Service Center, Repair's IS/IT environment.

The responsibility includes the following:

• Responsible for functionality, maintenance and development of Process Automation/Energy Service Repair's IS/IT environment.

• Manages, together with Process Automation's IT group, Process Automation/Energy Service Repair's contacts with IT/IS suppliers.

• Responsible for ensuring that Process Automation/Energy Service Repair's IS/IT costs are as low as possible in order to maintain an optimal IS/IT environment at the same time.

• Is the contact person for issues related to the IT infrastructure including the operation of Process Automation/Energy Service Repair's, (IT infrastructure includes printers, networks, PC machines and servers).

• Takes initiatives and coordinates development efforts for better infrastructure within the business.

• Acts as a client representative towards subcontractors of equipment.

• Is the department's support person in case of emergency downtime and other IS/IT disruptions.

• Coordinates projects related to the above responsibilities.

• Price books/discounts/statistics

Qualifications for the role

• Very good knowledge in information technology and system engineering, corresponding to education in systems science at university/college.
• Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
• Very good knowledge of IT tools
• MS Office and MS Outlook
• SAP
• Business Online
• Basware
• e-Repair
• MyIS
• WMS
• iGard
• General knowledge in running simple projects.
