Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Process Manager to join our Stockholm team.

In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. The job scope of a Process Manager is to initiate and drive the continues improvement of recruitment processes both for FTE’s as well as consultants. This includes projects aimed towards process efficiency, improvements of tools and systems, lessons learned collecting and best practice sharing as well as the education of cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives both for executive recruitment team as well as sites/Business units
  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement new processes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Manage process documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sites and Business Units) to implement process changes
  • Train employees on new processes and procedures
  • Monitor and measure process performance and report on progress
  • Identify and mitigate process risks and issues
  • Lead process improvement projects from start to finish
  • Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the team with data and external benchmarks
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and make sure our tools and systems are used to their full potential and that advanced capabilities are constantly developed and improved (e.g. taking ownership of ATS improvement initiatives, introduction of AI and other support tools)
  • Increase candidate experience through strategic project work
  • Support in the consultant recruitment process

Requirements

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field, education in Psychology is highly beneficial
  • At least 3 years of experience as recruiter with a thorough understanding of
  • Proven track record in driving cross functional projects
  • Experience as a Process or Project Manager or similar role is a big plus
  • Recruitment processes (agency recruiting experience a plus)
  • Excellent English skills both verbally and in writing, additional languages are a plus

  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in an indirect manner
