About the job

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our SAP team who have an interest to work with business change development and world-class IT deliveries. In that role you are a member of the Scania IT SAP team focusing on the E2E processes source to pay and plan to manufacture (warehouse management, production planning, transportation management) as part of the Digital Core department where we are responsible to deliver, implement and support activities and projects linked to the SAP system landscape for industrial operations. As the SAP Scrum Master, you will fulfill the following responsibilities:

• As the team's natural leader, you will motivate and coach team members.
• You will facilitate the team's progress towards its goals and proactively remove any obstacles in close collaboration with the business and IT stakeholders.
• Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, you will lead the team's efforts.
• Facilitate team events such as daily stand-up, iteration planning, iteration review, and retrospective
• Follow-up on high-priority incidents, task forces and escalations and being aware of the business impact.
• Capacity and knowledge management and help the team in the estimation and planning of work

Throughout this journey, you will work alongside other Scrum Masters and receive support.

Who you are

• Natural leader with a very good understanding of the required IT deliverables in SAP environment
• Work experience in a company where SAP is used
• Experience as scrum master and good knowledge about Scrum and SAFe methods
• Previous experience in logistics and/or purchasing area is beneficial
• Good communication skills, self-confidence and self-motivation and are curious to learn new things.
• Be fluent in English, Swedish is a plus
• Being able to travel when possible (support projects on different sites)
