As a Customer Care and Sales Agent, you’ll be the friendly face behind the phone, email, chat, and web platforms, helping customers with everything from questions to purchases. From unravelling payment puzzles to orchestrating new orders, you’ll ensure every interaction ends with a smile. To rock this role, you’ll need a blend of customer service charm and sales savvy. Settling into Portugal with ease Once you’ve booked your flight ticket (costs covered, of course), your colleagues will be eagerly waiting to welcome you at Lisbon Airport. They’ll whisk you away to your new apartment. Not only will they assist you in navigating the city, but they’ll also help with administrative tasks like setting up health insurance, taxes, and banking. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to take a complimentary Portuguese course. Before you know it, you’ll be chatting away confidently in a whole new language during this incredible adventure.  What do you get? Your flight will be reimbursed after you have completed your training (you will receive this reimbursement along with your first salary). Shared accommodation will be provided for you, and utilities (gas, water, internet) are covered. You'll have a private room and share common areas like the kitchen, etc. A gross monthly salary of €1,346.27 to €1,606.17. Airport pickup service. You will receive an annual round-trip flight to your home country. Assistance with administration, such as opening a bank account, taxes, and private health insurance.
