System Complete is responsible for the complete Electromobility system design, verification, and delivery sign-off as well as setting the system architecture. The team contributes to the Electromobility platform design and have Simulation and data analysis as part of the delivery.  We are looking for a Group Manager Diagnostic Systems and Platform design, Electromobility at Complete Electric Propulsion System and Platform. You will lead a dynamic team of talented Diagnostic engineers responsible for the diagnostic architecture and systems for Electric Propulsion. Including the responsibility of the overall diagnostic system quality. The interphase is towards our aftermarket and the engineering design teams, therefore your strong stakeholder management skills are valued. We are ensuring that our product fulfills the legal diagnostics requirements such as CARB Zero Emission Powertrain On-Board Diagnostics requirement.   Who are you? At the same time, we are under strong development and expansion, you will take a critical part of this exciting journey to shape the organization and define the future strategies.  Other important requirements for this role: •    Min. 5 years of experience in OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) development. •    Min. 2 years of experience in electrical propulsion system development. •    Min. 2 years of experience of leading people. •    Understanding the vehicle development process. •    Knowledgeable in system design •    MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar  •    Experience from commercial vehicles is meritorious.
