WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Financial Assistant at Nextory, you will work in a broad role with a focus on accounts payable, accounting, approval follow-up, and managing contact with suppliers regarding invoices and payments. In addition, you will also be involved in the monthly closing.

We are a small, close-knit team, which means you will take on significant responsibilities, drive various projects, and assist with a range of finance-related issues. You will be part of the international Finance team and report to the Accounting Manager.

- Accounts Payable - uploading invoices, approval flows, posting and payments. Communication with suppliers.

- Pleo (expenses) - managing Pleo including booking, reminding of receipts and user management

- Other related accounting tasks

- Monthly closing - responsible for some account reconciliations

WHO YOU ARE

We believe that you are currently working in a similar role and that you have a strong interest in comprehensive financial work. We believe that you take full responsibility for your tasks and that you believe that quality is key! You are a master of order and like working according to routines and set structures.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- We believe you have, for the field, relevant educational background

- We believe you have around 5 years of experience from working in a similar role

- We believe that you have a driven, meticulous, and structured approach, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

- A keen interest and proficiency in systems and Excel

- Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English

- We will be extra curious if you have experience from Netsuite.
