But to get us there and far beyond we are now looking for our Head of Performance & Member Acquisition to significantly boost our program's transactional performance and drive profitability. Your timing is perfect as you’ll be joining us when we’re just about to launch our newly established Loyalty currency and company, LoyaltyCo together with Norwegian Air Shuttle (NAS). We are changing the face of loyalty in the Nordics by connecting loyalty programs through a universal loyalty currency and platform, enabling members to get access to great rewards faster than ever before. This is a journey of a lifetime! With member acquisition, increased profitability through partnerships, development, new ways of using our points, and optimizing our collaboration with NAS, we think this will be a game-changer and your role will be essential. What you will be doing: As our Head of Performance & Member Acquisition, you will be the driving force behind our ambitious commercial performance plans and goals for the loyalty program and loyalty partners. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the overall performance of transactional metrics within the program and partnership area, and managing points economics and strategies to make our loyalty currency an attractive profit source. You will collaborate with stakeholders to grow strategic alliances and deliver mutual value, utilizing loyalty as a marketplace and distribution source to drive incremental revenue and growth. Acting on analyses and market trends, you will identify opportunities for collaboration and profitable growth. You will also be in charge of the member acquisition strategy across channels and departments, identifying business development opportunities that align with the company’s goals and ambitions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for building bridges between different departments, leveraging cross-functional relationships to drive performance and alignment, and overseeing budgets and the economic impact of department activities. Who we are looking for: • You have a strong understanding of coalition programs and leveraging partners as a distribution source and experience in developing and executing strategies for driving transactional performance and profitability. • You have experience in commercial drivers and performance metrics of loyalty and program partnerships. • You are a doer, with vast experience in challenging the status quo, suggesting and arguing for smarter ways of working, and implementing an execution-based approach. • You have sound relationship and negotiation skills, with the ability to tackle both C-level discussions and engage with various stakeholders. • Your strong stakeholder management skills, combined with a humble yet performance-based approach make you an effective team player who knows how to build teams, motivate and engage team members, and drive cross-functional collaboration. • You have great knowledge in CLV management and strategics and know the value of driving customer retention. To be successful in this role we believe you have a strategic and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify commercial opportunities and build sound business cases across different department areas. You understand how different areas like Loyalty, Revenue Management, Marketing, Distribution, and Sales are interconnected. You’re capable of turning insights into actions, and have strong strategic planning skills with a knack for identifying business development areas that drive profitable growth. Details: You will lead a fantastic team, be part of the Leadership Team for Loyalty, and report to the VP Loyalty. You will travel frequently between our main offices in Stockholm and Oslo.
