Our client works with one of the world's largest Beauty & Wellness brands. In the role of E-commerce Customer Care Advisor, you will provide support in the German language for a variety of brands and be required to remain knowledgeable on all products as well as maintain up-to-date knowledge on all the processes to support consumers.
