Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Quality & Environmental Assurance to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Oversee quality and environmental management processes during the construction phase.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in both Swedish and English.
• Collaborate with site management to maintain project timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and adherence to regulations.
• Report and document findings, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

What You Bring:

• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Extensive experience in site management within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with quality and environmental management practices.
• Ability to work on-site in the Kiruna/Gällivare area five days a week.
• Residence in the Kiruna/Gällivare area is preferred, but candidates from other locations are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Commitment to long-term project engagement and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
