• Develop Project Plan: Create a detailed project plan that outlines clear, actionable steps and timelines, enabling immediate organizational implementation and delivery.
• Internal Control System: Work closely with the IT unit’s internal control system to ensure compliance and operational resilience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with various stakeholders to gather insights and ensure recommendations meet business needs.
