You will be part of the Electric (HV) Components & Charging Engineering function management team and report directly to VP of the area.    To make this a success:   The Director of ePTO & Charging Hardware is a challenging senior position with a large influence on organizational, strategical, conceptual, and main deliveries. You will have the complete responsibility for ePTO and Charging hardware Engineering and make sure to contribute to architecture and system design in the function as well as to the technical roadmap and advanced engineering portfolio.  The key to success is to drive innovation by the ability to actively manage change, balancing and handling multiple and competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.  You have the experience to optimize the efficiency of existing processes, way of working and set new structures for internal and external stakeholders.     Your deep understanding of complete technical solutions, customer expectations, stakeholder management abilities in the automotive industry.   Your proficiency in processes and deliverables, coupled with your ability to take action, will enable you to successfully lead your team and contribute to elevating the Electric (HV) Components & Charging Engineering function in Electromobility to the next level.  What to bring:   Extensive experience from working with ePTO & Charging Hardware development.  Extensive experience of Hardware requirements, analysis and breakdown based on system requirements.   Extensive experience of leading Hardware development, sourcing and supplier management  Former experience in a senior line managerial role preferably within automotive industry (leading leader level or leading people level)   Demonstrated ability to balance a strategic, holistic end-to-end view with operational considerations.   Engineering education, preferably a MSc.   Work location is in Gothenburg at the Group Trucks Technology HQ.  Last day for application is July 3rd using our career-page.
