Your mission   As the Global Pricing Manager for Epiroc, you will be responsible to develop and implement pricing strategies for spare parts and tools division in global and local markets across all sales channels to achieve optimized profitability for the company.  You will enable efficient pricing processes and systems throughout the organization, secure competitiveness through continuous market research, and align pricing strategies with relevant business goals. You will be responsible for leading and developing three teams in charge of global market analysis, strategic pricing, and process excellence.  Your responsibilities include: * Strategic Pricing: Lead and direct strategic pricing activities and projects, ensuring consistency, sustainability, and consolidated profitability.  * Pricing Administration: Simulate, propose, and administer price lists for Customer Centers, distributors, and indent customers, considering country-specific levels and rate factors * Price Implementation: Oversee the implementation of pricing strategies, assist Customer Centers (CC) with pricing questions, and train CCs on the Epiroc Pricing model. * Process Improvement: Continuously improve and develop the price management application to facilitate efficient global and local processes.  * Dynamic Pricing: Implement dynamic pricing strategies to respond to market changes in real-time and maximize revenue. Oversee e-commerce pricing strategies to enhance online sales performance. * Cost Management and Analysis: Ensure cost follow-up and integrate macroeconomic intelligence into pricing decisions.  Your Profile  We are looking for an experienced leader with genuine interest in people who fosters a supportive environment where everyone thrives. You are a team player that sees the team’s contribution as the ultimate goal and has the ability to engage and motivate your team members.  As an ideal candidate, you have an MBA or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field combined with 7-10 years of experience in pricing, market analysis, or a related field, preferably in a global context. Proficiency in pricing software and tools, experience in developing and managing pricing platforms and a fluency in English language is also required. To enjoy the role, you should possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. You have good project management skills and the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. You are highly adaptable, have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.  Location and travel  This position can be based in Örebro or Stockholm and includes the possibility for a hybrid workplace. Global travel will be expected in the role (up to 30%).
