As a Junior CRM Specialist at Workwide, you will play a key role in supporting our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline our recruitment processes and improve efficiency. Your daily tasks will involve learning system customization, process improvement, and automation management to enhance recruiter productivity and candidate satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Learning Zoho Suite: Gain proficiency in Zoho Recruit and other Zoho applications.
• System Support: Assist in developing and tailoring Zoho Recruit to meet specific recruitment needs.
• Process Assistance: Help identify and implement workflow enhancements.
• Automation Support: Aid in building and managing automations to reduce manual tasks.
• Data Management: Support high-quality data management and ATS hygiene.
• Reporting and Analytics: Assist in creating and delivering insightful reports and analytics.
• Training and Support: Help provide training and support to the recruitment team on using Zoho Recruit effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ATS.
