About Us:

Festina Group Technology is a company that specializes in the development of connected watches for brands within the Festina Group, such as Kronaby, Jaguar, Lotus, and Calypso. As the market leaders in connected hybrid watches, we pride ourselves on blending sophisticated design with technology to enhance everyday life—making it simpler and less distracted. In our office in Malmö, we design and develop connected products for the Festina group. We’re now expanding our dedicated team to be able to increase the product offering of connected products for several watch brands within the Festina group. This job requires you to work from our office in Malmö at least 3 days a week.

Description

We’re looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support professional to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing top-notch support and assistance. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

What you'll do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat and our platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems
  • Track and document customer interactions and provide comprehensive reports to management
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make suggestions to better customer support processes
  • Onboarding new customers and providing training for sales staff at our stores
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven customer support experience, preferably in a software company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on customer needs
