The position

As the VP Group Compensation & Benefits at Camfil, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our global compensation and benefits programs. You will ensure that our compensation and benefits structures align with the company’s strategic goals, competitive practices, and regulatory requirements. This role is integral to our Human Resources leadership team and involves close collaboration with senior leadership and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead and build the design and implementation of job evaluation and job architecture to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and refine short-term incentive programs that motivate employees while supporting business goals.
  • Design and administrate long-term incentive plans that align with shareholder interests and executive performance.
  • Prepare, enlighten, and collaborate with senior leaders and experts in the design of the group´s Compensation & Benefits module within our global HR system, ensuring seamless functionality across all regions.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align compensation and benefits strategies with overall business strategy.
  • Build, manage and coordinate a global network of internal benefit experts fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Ensure that Camfil is at the forefront regarding the Compensation & Benefits area.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, including preparation of materials for meetings and strategic sessions.
  • Ensure transparency and effective communication of compensation and benefits policies across the organization.

This position is located in Stockholm, Sweden.

About you

For this role, we're seeking candidates with a strong educational background, holding a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, legal, or for the position a related field. Preference will be given to those with a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications.

You should have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a similar international organization, preferably listed.

We are looking for individuals with strong analytical abilities, a proven track record of using data to make high quality decisions. You'll need outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior executives for anchoring and stimulation of a strategic change.

Flexibility is key, as you'll be required to seamlessly switch between strategic, tactical, and operational tasks, maintaining effectiveness in a fast-paced setting.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.

A Swedish citizenship and knowledge within swedish compentsation and befefits policies is a requirement.
