Doori is entering an exciting expansion phase beyond its current outlets and is therefore looking to hire a qualified and high-caliber individual with commensurate experience to drive this expansion, both domestically and in international markets.

As Doori is operating within the Korean food segment, it is essential that the candidate is well-versed within the Korean food culture and fluent in the Korean language. It is also critical for a successful candidate to have a strong verifiable track record in assessing new potential markets as well as launching, setting up and operating brand new food outlets.

Attention to detail and deep knowledge in every aspect of restaurant management (back and front of house) is vital for this role. Training experience, adminstrative background including supply chain management and logistics are required.
