Your crew

You will be part of our Finance team, and when you join us, we will be a group of three controllers located in Linköping. You will also work closely with our accounting team located in Gothenburg. Marcus will equip us as a controlling crew so that we together can challenge the impossible – whether on earth or beyond!

Your mission

• Be the go-to financial partner, collaborating closely with the Business Portfolio Director.

• Drive profitability and cash performance with Portfolio leadership.

• Prepare and share monthly performance reports with senior management, offering insights and recommendations.

• Manage project and cost center controlling and enhance project performance and profitability.

• Handle forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and develop financial models for projects.

• Identify cost improvement opportunities and support external audits.

Your story

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent, with 5-7 years of controlling experience.

• Proficient in accounting/reporting systems and tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, QlikSense.

• Familiarity with ERP systems like IFS and SAP is a plus.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities, acting as a self-driven business partner.
