Taipei Mission in Sweden / Administrator Position / Stockholm

Taipei Mission in Sweden is based in Stockholm and represents Taiwan’s interests and concerns in Sweden.

We are located in the Wenner-Gren Center with perhaps the most stunning view of Stockholm. We offer a unique international atmosphere and varied tasks. Since one of our colleagues is about to leave, we are now looking for a new economic assistant.

The Economic Assistant position entails:

• Business news monitoring, retrieval and compilation in the field of Economy, Trade, Commerce, Investment, Industry, and Technology.
• Production of written material such as business reports, opinion articles, speeches, and press releases.
• Translation from English or Swedish to Mandarin, and vice versa.
• Assistance in the planning and implementation of various projects, such as trade-related events.
• Updating of our webpage and social media channels.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has Swedish citizenship or residence status.
• Preferably has experience working with the economic, trade, commercial, investment, or industrial sectors.
• Has good communication skills and very good language skills in Swedish and English; excellent knowledge of Chinese is meritorious.
• Possesses good knowledge about Sweden, Taiwan, international relations, and the economy.
• Has good computer knowledge.

Your working hours are weekdays 09: 00-17:00 with one hour lunch.

Salary

We offer a monthly salary starting from SEK 25,000 depending on your education and previous experience.
