Consilium Safety Group is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager - Gas Detectors, you will lead the development and optimization of our gas detector product portfolio ensuring our solutions meet the unique needs from the market.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager – Gas Detectors, you will:

• Manage the product lifecycle, including product planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of product development initiatives specific to the gas detectors, from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to define product requirements and roadmap.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the relevant markets, including regulations, standards, and customer preferences.
• Drive product innovation and differentiation, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of technology and meet evolving industry requirements.
• Develop pricing strategies and business cases for new products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market dynamics.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in product management roles, preferably within the safety industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products and driving business growth.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
