In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Practice, lead, and organize agile ways of working methods and principles.
• Support effective backlog management.
• Support Network Automation Tech Lead in ensuring adherence to agile processes.
• Support the Automation team in removing any kind of obstacles.
• Ensure that the Team has established metrics to follow-up flow, value, and quality.
• Work together with Product Owners to define new functionality to be developed.
• Prepare PI-plannings and ensure that features are described at the right level.
• Run forums to prioritize development needs between the teams.
• Ensure that project/program objectives are met within scope, time, quality, and budget.
• Support release management and synchronization with other teams.

What isneeded in this role:

• Extensive knowledge of SAFe, Scrum framework, and Kanban.
• Excel in communication both towards the agile team and the stakeholders
• Ability to inspire others and to thrive in different social contexts.
• Ability to identify and remove impediments to the agile team's progress.
• Being people oriented, a strong team player, and a servant leader by heart.
• High school education in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
• Experience working in large corporations.
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written is beneficial.
• Network knowledge is beneficial.
