Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior EMC System Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Develop and maintain EMC requirements and standards for components connected to an 800V DC link.
• Review supplier component designs, testing methods, and results to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Participate in and develop in-house EMC testing procedures and methodologies.
• Review and enhance system designs, focusing on the installation of components.
• Collaborate with other experts to ensure alignment, improve processes, and provide education within the organization.
• Review and provide feedback on drafts of new regulations and international standards.

What You Bring:

• MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or equivalent knowledge from other educational programs or work experience.
• 6-8 years of experience in high voltage integrated power system design and development.
• Hands-on experience planning and performing EMC testing.
• Practical experience with live high voltage component testing.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• A structured approach with an interest in taking on a technically leading role within the organization.
• Meritorious knowledge includes:
• Expertise in EMC design and testing, including conductive and radiated emissions, and immunity requirements vs. test limitations.
• Strong understanding of electrical hazards and safe testing principles.
• Experience with propulsion systems in battery electric vehicles.
