Lead PLM Analyst

Responsibilities:

Seeking an experienced Lead PLM Analyst with a solid track record in PLM implementation. The role demands comprehensive knowledge of various PLM capabilities, including Architecture, Solution Design & Development, Document & Change Management, Data Migration, PLM Upgrades, and the Support & Maintenance of PLM Applications across different platforms.

The position requires deep and direct experience in leading and implementing PLM capabilities.

• Requirement and Stakeholder Management - Engage with stakeholders such as business teams, cross-functional teams, project managers, and architects to develop and guide the strategic roadmap for optimal PLM implementation, taking into account industry trends, technological advancements, and business needs, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Technical Lead – Collaborate with PLM Agile Teams to guarantee solution delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes delivered on schedule and according to commitments.

• PLM Implementation & Roll-outs - Partner with stakeholders to integrate tools, establish architecture, and set guidelines and policies for tool usage.

• Operations and Production Support – Facilitate user workshops for requirements gathering and GAP-Fit analysis, create a global PLM roll-out strategy, and understand licensing agreements and pricing structures to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Data Migration & Roll-outs – Strategize and implement data migration, plan deployments, and manage roll-outs.

• Business Process Consulting - Oversee PLM Functional Modules such as Part Management, Document Management, BOM & Configuration Management, Change Management, CAD Integration, and provide end-user training and support.
