With 10 - 15 years of experience in engineering, this posi􀆟on demands deep technical exper􀆟se and a passion for innova􀆟on. The ideal candidate will lead architectural transforma􀆟ons, ensure compliance with avia􀆟on regula􀆟ons, and drive technological advancements. Knowledge of global airline regulatory rules is a plus.

Architectural Leadership: Take ownership of the architectural vision and strategy for the legacy C++ applica􀆟on, driving its moderniza􀆟on and scalability to meet the evolving needs of the Avia􀆟on industry.

Technology Exper􀆟se: Leverage your deep technical exper􀆟se to guide the architectural decisions and implementa􀆟ons, ensuring they align with industry best prac􀆟ces and emerging trends.

Legacy System Transforma􀆟on: Lead the architectural transforma􀆟on of the legacy applica􀆟on, op􀆟mizing its performance, and ensuring seamless integra􀆟on with modern SaaS technologies.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with regulatory flying rules and standards for airlines in different regions. Ensure the so􀅌ware aligns with these regula􀆟ons, providing airlines with compliant solu􀆟ons.

Collabora􀆟on: Collaborate closely with cross-func􀆟onal teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to drive architectural excellence throughout the product development lifecycle.

Mentorship: Mentor and coach technical teams, fostering a culture of con􀆟nuous learning and innova􀆟on.

Qualifica􀆟ons:

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

 Proficiency in C++ programming and a strong passion for technology.

 Experience in modernizing legacy applica􀆟ons (preferred).

 Knowledge of regulatory flying rules for airlines in different regions is preferred.

 Excellent communica􀆟on and leadership skills.

 Ability to work effec􀆟vely in a collabora􀆟ve, dynamic environment.
