Mölnlycke is now looking for a Tender and Contract Specialist to join us. This position will be placed at our global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden and join the wider Tender & Contract team.

The purpose of this position is to collaborate across all business areas to utilize expertise and data driven insights to optimize Mölnlycke’s tender and contract processes. This includes preparation, submission, lifecycle management, master data and pricing excellence. You will also be a key player in identifying and optimizing process improvement initiatives to streamline operations.

Your main tasks include:

Tender Process:

  • Being responsible for the full local tender process to secure excellent quality of every tender and quotation submitted. You will be the leader of the process and responsible for executing in line with the Global Contract and Tender Excellence (CATE) process.
  • Working with all functions in the organization, e.g Sales and Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, Legal, Sustainability experts and Logistics to ensure all tender qualifications are met.

Contracts:

  • Responsible for contract life cycle in all systems such as SAP, Model N, contract overview.
  • Responsible for sales statistics according to internal and customer requirements and processes.

Customer Master Data:

  • Responsible for Customer Master Data set up, maintenance and quality in e.g., SAP and Veeva CRM.

Pricing:

  • Responsible for Price Master Data on all levels in systems and support systems e.g. SAP, Pricing Files and local databases.
  • Support the business by actively driving price management to optimize the profitability of our agreements.

What you’ll need

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with tender management
  • High knowledge in Public Procurement Act
  • Hands on Tender and Bid submission experience
  • Degree in business or any other field related to the position
  • Solid project management skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • We see it as meritorious if you have experience from in SAP, Salesforce, Veeva, Model N Tender Management
