What We Offer: We are currently seeking an Associate to join our Investment Banking Division (IBD) team in Stockholm. As an Associate, you will have a unique opportunity to work on M&A transactions, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Private Placements, and Debt/Equity deals across various sectors and geographies. You’ll operate in a challenging and stimulating environment, benefiting from mentorship by experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Modeling: Create and analyze financial models.
• Client Presentations: Organize and prepare client presentations.
• Transaction Management: Assist in managing transaction processes.
• Structuring Transactions: Actively participate in structuring deals.
• Analytical Skills: Develop key analytical skills.
• Communication and Marketing: Enhance communication and marketing abilities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant work experience within investment banking or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in a Nordic language considered a plus.
• Academic Excellence: Strong academic results.

Specific experience:

• modeling renewable energy assets
• understanding power and commodities in the Nordics
• have experience on M&A processes applied towards renewable and infrastructure investors
• have an understanding of debt structuring methodologies applied to renewable and infrastructure asset
