About the role

Electrolux is building new routes to market and with the increased focus of ecommerce the launch and expansion of our own Direct to Consumer Channel (D2C) has expanded rapidly. In the Nordics we have two brands and eight D2C shops that will be run through the Nordic D2C organization.

We are looking for a D2C Ecommerce specialist that will report to the D2C Channel Head Nordics. This is a new position with the purpose to drive online sell-out throughout our Nordic D2C shops. In 2024 we are accelerating our growth journey and also expanding into Marketplaces which will become an important and growing channel for this team to drive.

This position cooperates with local sales, marketing, consumer service, logistics and finance in their effort to provide a best-in-class consumer experience, optimize brand and product presence online, drive sales and profitability in the online channel.

Key objective is to simplify the purchase process for whitegoods, present our product in a clear and understandable way, making selection of appliances easy and by doing so provide a friction free purchase journey. This is a chance to be a part of building a new sales channel throughout the Nordic region.

Key Operational Responsibilities:

· Drive and support sales through D2C across Nordics.

· Drive and support consumer journey throughout the D2C Channel making sure we provide a consumer centric approach to sell appliances online.

· Drive and support Promotions online: contribute to asset creation, deployment, measurement, and best practice sharing within D2C.

· Leverage best practice competitive benchmarking-development of E-Commerce Best Practices within our industry and channels.

· Performance tracking, reporting and analysis of key ecommerce initiatives.

· Drive and Support in optimize Stock management, Price, Campaigns and Marketing content monitoring.

· Drive and support strategic change by identifying potential business opportunities relating to ecommerce.

To succeed in this position, we believe you are pragmatic, flexible, and curious with a strong passion for ecommerce. You will have an important and impactful role in a small Ecommerce-team where collaboration and communication are of great importance.

Qualifications:

  • A couple of years ecommerce experience. Looking for strong ecommerce knowledge.
  • Project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Experience and ability to create an internal network in the organization.
  • Strong presentation skills (in group and/or 1-on-1 settings)
  • Commercial skills combined with an analytical mindset would be strong assets.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, any other Nordic language would be an asset.
