Why get involved with Oatly, you ask?

As a dedicatedprofessional with an interest in sustainability,you will support the global and Europe Network business by delivering insights through analysis of performance and trends in order to improve results. You will ensure the COGS reporting of actual performance, forecasts and targets whilst improving, driving, and supporting operations with proactive analysis, advice and create tools to optimize decision making and business performance and working together with colleagues in the Global and Europe Network controlling team. Close collaboration with various stakeholders in Supply Chain & Operations organization on Global and European level.

Here’s what a COGS Controller can expect in the day-to-day,

• Monthly Financial closing process
• Logistic cost controlling
• COGS Reporting and Analysis – Actuals, Forecast, and Budget reporting
• SPOC COGS for Innovations/Renovations
• COGS price maintenance in ERP
• SOX controls
• FX and hedging input
• Warehouse Cross charge management
• COGS Variance Cross charge management
• Standard cogs lead
• Improvement projects within COGS scope
• Provide analysis to support strategic decision making, implement and follow up of KPIs and strategic directives

• Want to understand the business andhave an interest in the business
• Analytical, organization and communication skills. In addition, the candidate should have a personal determination to deliver, be keen to take responsibility, act proactively, and be able to communicate timely and effectively with all members of the business.
• Structured and organized, can handle a lot of data and sort out the most important things to enable and support business performance
• Collaborative, wants to work in a supporting role,finds it encouraging to help others be successful in their roles and has the confidence to challenge
• Self-propelling, not only puts challenges to the table but ALSO thinks of possible solutions
• 5y+ of COGS Controlling and 7y+ of total work experience as a business controller
• FMCG Industry experience and experience working in an international environment
• Super user experience from Power BI
