Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Workstream Lead – Requirements & Design to join our dynamic team

What you will work on:

• Ensure consistent, aligned, and efficient ways of working with requirements and design across program initiatives, owning the Requirements & Design process and driving continuous improvements.
• Drive workstream activities according to the decided scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage the program’s Jira repository and oversee the way of working with Jira within the program.
• Lead a team of Business Analysts, feature drivers, and solution architects assigned to the workstream.
• Collaborate closely with other workstreams and initiatives within the program.
• Plan, drive, and follow up on all workstream activities as the project manager of the workstream.

What you bring:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Requirements Workstream Lead or Project Manager (or equivalent).
• Experience in Core Banking Transformation Programs/Projects.
• Experience working with requirements related to external vendors and standardized platforms.
• Proven track record in establishing and implementing requirements ways of working.
• Knowledge and experience in Factoring, Leasing, or Asset Finance business.
• Proficiency in using Jira.
• Strong drive and excellent people skills.
• Highly administrative and structured.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
