As the Chief Product Owner, you will have the unique opportunity to drive the digital vision and strategy, working with high-performing product teams and collaborating with stakeholders across the company.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Retail Digitalisation management team, you will help shape the digital product vision, strategy, roadmap, and urgent issues that the product teams face. You will also support the Head of Retail Digitalisation in various questions and forums. This role requires you to facilitate and prepare forums including Sales & Marketing and Commercial Operations on various management levels. You will work closely with product management, the CX journey, Scania’s Service Network, and process management teams to create and align the vision, roadmaps, and strategies of our products.

More about you

This role requires you to be dynamic, willing to do what is necessary, collaborative, and take ownership. You should have a solid knowledge of product management, software engineering, an agile approach, and good servant leadership. You must also have strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and experience in leading technical teams that delivers end-user and end-customer solutions. You will benefit from having experience with design thinking, solution architecture, APIs, and platform thinking. Previous experience in the service process is also an advantage.

Fluency in written and spoken English is required for this position, and knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus. Some travel will be required.
