Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Discovery and design of a reporting service to support current and future content types across the company.
• Detailed design of a baseline plug-and-play solution covering various reporting flows, including those for infringement, policy violations, and employee reporting.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop a scalable platformized model to support reporting over time.
• Creation of detailed design variations for reporting flows across web and mobile platforms.
• Establishment of baseline metrics and dashboards in collaboration with the YouX squad to monitor the effectiveness of reporting experiences.

What You Bring:

• Strong expertise in product design, particularly in visual and service design.
• Experience designing across both mobile native experience and web platforms.
• Ability to conduct thorough analysis and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design deliverables.
• PDII certification at the Senior Level is preferred.
