To fuel our journey towards a smoke-free future we are now looking for a Brand Manager who can effectively lead and deliver marketing programs within our combustible category (CC) across the Nordics that enables us to fuel our journey towards a smoke-free future even faster. This is a senior role within the department reporting to the Director of combustible category.


Your “day to day”

You will be the guardian of both our local and global brands in the CC category where you will have full responsibility for 2 selected markets within the Nordics. Through your outlined brand strategies, action plans and go to market strategies you strengthen the opportunities for our local commercial deployment teams to becomes successful.

You reach this by shaping a high understanding of consumer behaviour/needs through consumer insights, analysis of brand performance and competitive environment, which enables you to identify and anticipate opportunities and threats in your dedicated markets.

With a clear portfolio strategy and brand initiatives, you will engage with multiple stakeholders both globally and within our Nordic HQ. You will lead a small team of junior brand professionals and together you will collaborate closely with many senior colleagues across the Nordics, both at our HQ and at the local markets to motivate and ensure excellence in execution.

A core element in your ´day to day´ is foremost the portfolio management and product development where you work in close collaboration with our global headquarters. You will be the local lead in new product launches where you facilitate the planning and drive development processes to ensure the execution of all brand programs including internal and trade engagement activities.


Who you are

• University degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

• +5 years of working experience within marketing and/or commercialization function, ideally in a multinational FMCG company or marketing agency

• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills

• A team-oriented approach and experience of working in commercial- and cross functional teams

• Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Swedish would be a strong advantage

• Strong understanding of Nordic consumers and trends
