About us:

H2 Green Steel is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2 emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in Boden, located in northern Sweden - currently in construction phase. Total Rewards / LTIPSpecialist

The People & Organization team are now recruiting a Total Rewards Specialist to join our growing team at H2 Green Steel. In this role,You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure the compliant and accurate administration of reward plans, reporting, and follow-up activities, especially related to our Long Term IncentiveProgram. Your role will also involve fostering positive communication with candidates and employees, enhancing their perception of the H2GS total rewards offering. This is a great opportunity for you whospassionate about aligning rewards strategies with organizational goals and driving engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Long Term Incentive Programprocesses and deliverables with stakeholders and partners.
  • Ensure accurate administration, reporting and monitoring ofplan documentation and participant data.
  • Propose plan changes to secure the attraction and retention ofemployees.
  • Provide guidance and serve as the main point of contact for program inquiries.
  • Secure effective communication onprogram details to stakeholders including candidates, employees, and the board.
  • Maintain software programs and ledgers related to the program.
  • Prepare materials for the people committee and board of directors.
  • Coordinate reporting and taxation activities as needed.
  • Participate in Total Rewards projects and projects in thebroader people agenda.

Knowledge, education, skills and experiences:

  • Academic education in relevant field.
  • Several years of previous experience from a similar role, preferably in a start up environment.
  • Previous experience in finance, taxation or reward, especially managing Lont Term Incentive Programs.
  • High tech literacy and ability to work with systems.
  • Project management skills and experiences.

    • Ability to impact and influence stakeholders without direct line managerial responsibilities.
