In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Lead the Data Regulations and Frameworks team within the central Data Governance unit.
• Be part of a central Data Governance leadership team which will drive the development and roll out of enhanced management of Data in Swedbank.
• Define, establish and enforce the internal data regulations, directives and data governance frameworks in Swedbank.
• Ensure internal data regulations and directives is in line with external regulations.
• Play an active part in relevant data governance forums.
• Work closely with data domain teams to ensure data regulations are implemented.
• Follow up data domains on adherence to set frameworks.
• Lead and drive the competence development of Data Regulations and Frameworks specialists.

What isneeded in this role:

• Relevant academic degree, preferably within economics/business management, IT or data/analytics.
• At least 5 years of work experience of Data management, Data Quality, Data Lineage and related frameworks.
• Awareness and experience from market best practices related to Data Governance frameworks.
• Driven and motivated leader in Finance Industry with solid track record of leading change in complex environments.
• Experience from rolling out data management processes and frameworks in large organizations.
• Experience of Data regulations and Data Governance frameworks, like BCBS239, GDPR, DORA, DAMA etc.
• Solid problem solving skills with “can-do” attitude”.
• Strong communication skills and experience from senior stakeholder management.
• Motivated and passionate about data and take pride in delivering results on time.
