We are now looking for business controller to strengthen our team who will have a main focus on our aftersales, retail operations and general customer service across Europe. In short, together with the operation teams making sure that we have the best possible solutions and understanding in place to keep our cars on the roads.

You will be part of our European central controlling team and part of the management team of our COO department, with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization. To succeed in this role, we foresee a candidate with experience from the Automotive industry or similar.

In controlling we do the full span of financial planning, from our business plan to our monthly performance report out with a strive for optimization.

You’ll be driving these processes within your area and working for efficiency and financial gains.

The role is based in Gothenburg.

What you'll do

• Be the financial sounding board & business partner for dedicated departments
• Performance analysis, budgeting & forecasting
• Business cases, process development & tools for steering
• Oversee processes for transparent and reliable financial and operation data.
• Improve our operations together with stakeholders
• Ad hoc analyses and much more

What you should have

• Good business understanding
• Previous experience in automotive & engineering subjects
• Analytical abilities with the capability to communicate (sometimes) complex information easily and understandably
• Structure and a meticulous way of working and a team player
• Open mindset & easy to adapt to change
• Fluency in English and Swedish will be seen beneficial for the role
