We’re looking for a Senior Security Operations Developer tomanage and implement best-in-class web cybersecurity to protect our platformat all times. To thrive in this role, you enjoythe technical details - working with engineering to evaluate and configure new observability andmonitoring systems. As well as researching and adopting new security measures, ideatingnew scenarios for incident response dry-runs and tabletop exercises. This is ahands-on role where you will work both individually andbe part of a wider communitywith whom you will collaborate closely. Viaplay is in the forefront of the streaming industry offering both VOD and LiveSports content, which means that the stakes are constantly high since customerscount on a stable and uninterrupted viewing experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Owning and evangelizing web cybersecurity initiatives as part of TechnicalOperations
• Ownership of the edge security domain including Web Application Firewalls, automatic mitigation, third-party integrations, monitoring,anddata processing pipelines
• Security Operations including monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to web security events
• Co-ordinating with Technical Operations and On-Call agents day-to-day including developing runbooks, dashboards, and mitigation strategies
• Guide the automation of security operations, incident response, and compliance monitoring
• Collaborate with product engineering to help secure their web applications and APIs against web security threats
• Forensic analysis of web traffic both in support of account fraud and anti-piracy initiatives
• Full-stack development of security tooling in support of Technical andSecurity Operations

• Extensive experience of Security Operations and DevOps
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, orequivalent experience, with at least 10 years in IT security or related roles
• Relevant certifications are highly regarded
• Deep knowledge of security vulnerabilities in web and mobile platformsand proficiency with advanced security tools for detection andremediation
• Experience with implementing security frameworks such as OWASP, NIST,PCI-DSS and MITRE
• Experience with threat modelling and web application testing tools
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and developing mitigationstrategies
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and leadingsecurity initiatives
• Experience with Splunk Cloud and Observability Suite (SignalFX)
• Experienced with AWS cloud services and security solutions including AWSWAFv2
• Experience with developing CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions
• Experienced full-stack application development
• Programming experience in Golang, JavaScript and Python
• Developing infrastructure-as-code using AWS CloudFormation and Terraform
