Responsibilities:

· Perform end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by Client Management

· Demonstrate strong knowledge of client needs for the assigned client portfolio and able to engage clients effectively

· Provide quality support and advice to Relationship Manager's on all documentation related matters (e.g. Financial Markets related documentation, like ISDA/CSA)

· Build trust and strong account management support to clients overseeing the resolution of client related complaints, issues and escalations

· Work in partnership with all relevant stakeholders effectively within the end-to-end KYC process, and support onboarding of new clients

· Perform relevant account opening activities, working closely with the relevant teams

· Support the Relationship Manager in reviewing client account activity reviews, ensuring transactional activities are aligned to the client's business profile

· Ensure alignment between Relationship Manager and Client Management with regular engagement regarding business priorities, issues, and address any gaps

Our Ideal Candidate:

· Sound knowledge of Financial Institutions

· 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally in covering Investor Segment Clients

· Clear understanding of the client needs being serviced, and strong drive to deliver exceptional client service and experience

· Strong ability to positively influence stakeholders across value chain to both orchestrate and execute on processes and deliver exceptional client service and experience

· Ability to work independently without direct supervision and able to cope with pressures from tight deadlines

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
