Operations Management works together with operations teams across Inter IKEA to lead and develop the overall IKEA operating model, and to enable strategic movements towards IKEA goals. It includes teams for business insights, capability and process development, strategy and roadmap, data, and technology.

Job Description
As an Analytics, Simulation, and AI Manager, your responsibility lies in driving data-driven decision-making and innovation through advanced analytics,simulations, scenario planning, insight generation, research and scanning methods, and artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives at IKEA. You will monitor and evaluate performance to ensure alignment with IKEA's overall objectives and deliver measurable business impact.
You will be leading the development and implementation of analytics, simulation, scenario building, diverse methods for research, identifying optimisations and AI solutions to strengthen IKEA's business model and competitive advantage at scale.
Collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and BI developers to deploy AI models and simulation tools for decision-making and preparation for challenging times. Leading the network across IKEA for analytics, simulation, and AI, guided by IKEA's values and principles.
You will extend beyond traditional analytics to include predictive modelling, scenario planning, research and scanning methods, identifying optimisations and simulation of the full value chain, ensuring common understanding and effective utilisation of data.
