Key responsibilities

• CSR Foundation Setting: Establish the CSR function within the company, creating a strong framework and clear guidelines for all future CSR activities.
• Strategic Development: Design a comprehensive CSR strategy that is in line with the company's vision and stakeholder expectations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, HR, Operations, NGOs, government agencies and the local community.
• Reporting & Tool Implementation: Take ownership of the design and implementation of a new CSR reporting process and tool, ensuring CSR compliance, accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
• Budget Management: Oversee the CSR budget, ensuring judicious use of funds for maximum community and environmental impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in CSR, sustainability, or a related field, with a strong focus on establishing CSR functions from scratch.
• Academic degree in Business, Environmental Science, Social work, or related field
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
• International mindset
