ALTEN Nordics is currently looking for a Business Controller & Analyst for our Business Data Management Department at the Nordic head office in Gothenburg. In this position, you will work with a talented team in an international environment. ABOUT THE ROLE As Business Controller & Analyst, you will have a dynamic role in the Nordics team, where you will participate in the performance of the classic operational/reporting tasks of the team, which are the following: *Develop and maintain our main work tools and reports by collecting data and performing data-mining analyses in Excel and Power BI *Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as well as ad-hoc analyses on request *Manage, maintain and optimize company performance by analyzing a large number of operational indicators (KPIs) and business metrics with a critical eye *Create different dashboards for top management *Improve synergies with the finance department by developing new reports that guarantee accurate numbers *Collaborate with other organizational functions (HR, recruitment, etc.) *Provide the highest quality reports and analyses in anticipation of key deadlines (such as our monthly business review with top management and our biannual assessment of the commercial/management team based on operational data) *Implement the management team's bonus system WHO SHOULD APPLY FOR THE POSITION? We would like you to have an academic degree in business management or equivalent and 2-4 years of professional experience in business/operational controlling. In addition, you are an Excel expert and fluent in English, good knowledge of Swedish is an advantage but not a requirement. As a person, we believe that you are committed and that you have a strong interest in consolidating and analyzing business data.
