Mölnlycke is now looking for a Global Supply Network Planner within the Global Supply Network Planning, Wound Care on a temporary contract for about one year.

About the job

The purpose of this position is mainly to ensure that the Supply Plan for the dedicated assortment is balanced and in line with the global principles.

In this role you’ll be accountable for overall master data quality based on input from execution along network, to define, set and control relevant planning and planning parameters in related systems and applications to achieve system health and business targets.

The role reports to the Global Supply Network Manager, Wound Care.

Key accountabilities for this position

You’ll ensure end to end orchestration of the supply chain considering dynamics and limitations of the different part of it and communicate and plan accordingly.

You’ll ensure that customers’ demands are met by developing a robust mid and long-term feasible plan aiming to give clear and reliable information to stakeholders along the Supply chain.

You’ll plan and manage the supply chain in such way that supports optimization of the global supply chain performance and ensure product availability in line with applicable targets.

You’ll collaborate as and integrator closely with colleagues in manufacturing and logistic to secure that the feasible plan is put into action.

This role include creation of constraint feasible plans incl capacity plan in agreement with the factory and to involve relevant stakeholders to find solutions and to give input to material planning, proactively identify potential supply risks along all horizons and define alternative mitigation scenario.

You’ll also need to ensure proactive, timely and accurate communication to key stakeholders across the value chain and facilitate timely decisions as needed and to influence and lead Commercial and Operations Teams towards alignment of Supply & Demand.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics or related field of study from an accredited college/university is required (or several years of experience in lieu of degree).
  • Several years of related experience and knowledge of consumer product logistics, intercompany stock transfers, forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Knowledge of operations management, general business administration, and inventory control procedures.
  • SAP and Rapid response experience highly desired
