Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team

What you will work on:

• Developing and supporting the internal logistics system with a Lean focus to minimize internal logistics costs and enhance efficiency.
• Creating and implementing new stock removal and placement strategies based on Lean principles to optimize storage usage.
• Optimizing the utilization of storage facilities and associated equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Providing daily support for material handling and storage operations.
• Creating and updating master data for materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with external and global requirements.
• Identifying best practices and implementing them on a broader scale.
• Identifying and working on general improvement activities within internal logistics.

What you bring:

• Bsc/Msc or equivalent in a suitable specialization.
• 1-3 years of professional work experience.
• Strong drive for continuous improvement through Lean methodologies.
• Knowledge and/or experience in Internal Logistics or similar field.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in programming and good IT skills.
• Target and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, performing assigned tasks effectively.
