A new opportunity has arisen as Master Planner-POD in the Supply Chain function in Thruster Systems. In this role you will take lead in coordinating the timely delivery of our POD deliveries. As a Master Planner you will be involved in defining and following up on critical milestones from the Sales phase until the delivery of the project. We are looking for a team player who will also lead continuous improvement activities to ensure best ways of working.

Key accountabilities

  • Develop and manage an integrated master schedule with critical milestones for all POD projects in collaboration with cross-functional team.
  • Regularly update and maintain the master schedule by incorporating changes, updates, and adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular meetings and discussions with cross-functional teams to review progress of projects and identify any deviations from the schedule, taking proactive measures to address delays or other issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate project status, key metrics, and performance indicators to management and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in project management, supply chain management or engineering
  • Experience in project management and/or supply chain planning
  • Good skills in Microsoft Systems and understanding of basic ERP functionality
  • Good verbal and written English skills
