The Learning Portfolio Lead will be responsible for the evaluation of existing global learning  resources to identy gaps, redundancies and opportunties for improvement. They will also coordinate with local markets to optimisie synergy opportunities and to govern a central respository of content.  The role holder must monitor and mantain content using robust quality assurance, version control and best practise standards, to ensure content is accessible, meets quality standards and delivers the learning outcomes. This role will mean continuous functional collaboration with entire commercial L&D team, working on execution across multiple channels. You will join a highly interesting area with a large business scope; an area that secures profitable and efficient omni-channel development and drives future oriented premium consumer experience in support of our retailers. Key Responsibilities •    Develop, consolidate, and improve current learning portfolio supported by the program leads •    Consolidate a common portfolio for targeted audiences. •    Ensure cross-functional communication flow. •    Liaise with functional teams, markets, and involved stakeholders. •    Manage content lifecycle. •    Ensure quality and efficiency. •    Review and suggest relevant actions to enhance the standard of blended learning. •    You are an L&D Subject Matter Expert with a good knowledge in learning technologies. •    You are experienced in stakeholder and supplier management, having exceptional communication skills. •    You are detail focused and analytical, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.  •    You are comfortable operating in a matrix organization and delivering through others as part of a shared vision. •    You can prioritize efforts and move between rapidly changing goals. •    Effective verbal and written communication skills (English).
