A REGULAR DAY AT WORK

As a Business Controller within BA Controlling, you are the backbone of the team owning and driving all core processes related to closing and financial planning. In a dynamic and fast-moving environment, the team acts as a financial advisor to Business Area Management by providing decision-making support, business intelligence and financial performance reporting. As a Business Controller, you will own all processes related to our Balance Sheet, Working Capital and CAPEX. You are running the closing and financial planning in all these areas, and in addition you are responsible to drive continuous improvement across all processes as well as integration of the two Business Areas Europe and Asia-Pacific.

• Strong analytical skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of related work experience in similar roles

• Experience from working in organizations with high complexity in an international environment

• Academic degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar.

• Fluent in English
