Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Technician with IT Security to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Deliver infrastructure services in alignment with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the infrastructure environment.
• Collaborate with hardware/software vendors to address technical support issues promptly.
• Coordinate with global architects and regional Data Center teams to ensure infrastructure and systems comply with client standards in functionality, security, and maintainability.
• Actively monitor system infrastructure to manage business systems and security risks effectively.
• Implement automation strategies to streamline IT infrastructure delivery.
• Engage in key processes including:
• Event Management: Monitor, measure against SLAs, trigger, and report events.
• Incident Management: Log all incidents and resolve them promptly.
• Change Management: Process approved changes from Build into Run.
• Asset & Configuration Management.

What You Bring:

• Relevant IT Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong IT infrastructure experience.
• Self-driven with a motivation to deliver world-class services to the business.
• Experience in IT security practices.
• Proficiency in patch management, performance optimization, availability management, and disaster recovery.
• Experience in server management and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and native language, both verbal and written.
• Meritorious: Experience working with Security Compliance tools such as Qualys.
• Meritorious: Experience with Linux systems.
