We are looking for a Senior PFMEA Moderator to join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Support the Product Quality Engineering (PQE) team in creating Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) documents to identify and mitigate potential risks in manufacturing processes.
• Utilize your extensive experience to provide valuable insights and guidance in the development of PFMEA, ensuring comprehensive risk assessment and effective risk management strategies.
• Work independently and, to some extent, lead a small group in the PFMEA development process, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

What You Bring:

• High level of experience from several similar assignments/projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of PFMEA development and risk management principles.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead small groups, showcasing strong leadership qualities and the capability to drive projects forward.
• Extensive experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably within the Process Industry, providing you with valuable insights into manufacturing processes and associated risks.
• Exceptional expertise in PFMEA development, with a track record of creating comprehensive and effective risk assessment documents.
• Willingness to work partially on-site in Skellefteå, with the flexibility to engage in remote work as needed. The more availability for on-site work, the better.
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within the project team and stakeholders.
