Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Shopify Specialist to join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Lead the project to replace the existing custom-built webshop with a standard solution, potentially Shopify, without initial integrations with other systems.
• Collaborate closely with the business owner for the current and future solution, the IT department’s project owner, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the implementation process, ensuring seamless transition and user adoption of the new system.
• Provide training sessions to users to facilitate smooth integration and usage of the new e-commerce platform.
• Oversee project tasks, maintain task tracking, and handle basic budget management responsibilities.

What You Bring:

• Change Management Skills: Proficiency in managing change and training users on new systems, particularly for solutions with low to medium complexity.
• Experience Level: 2-5 years of relevant working experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in e-commerce solutions and project management.
• E-commerce Expertise: Previous experience setting up e-commerce or web shop solutions, with a strong preference for candidates with Shopify experience.
• Project Management Abilities: Demonstrated capability in participating in and managing projects, including task monitoring and basic budget management.
• Documentation Proficiency: Experience in documenting solutions and work processes from previous projects, demonstrating attention to detail and organization skills.
