We are looking for fluent German speakers to build and join the German department of a new platform for online payments.

Responsibilities:
Support customers via chat, e-mail, and some calls
Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
Maintain high customer satisfaction
Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners
Work towards reaching targets as set out by the client statement of work as well as internal targets
Requirements:
Fluent in German (minimum level C1-C2, oral and written)
Good command of English (minimum level B2, oral and written)
Excellent communication skills and good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience in customer success or customer care roles will be considered an asset
Basic technical skills
Ability to work from the office (Athens)
